Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 11, 2026
This policy is written for ManagePro's current business use: marketing visitors, demo requests, and fleet operations customers using the platform.
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how ManagePro collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you visit managepro.online, request a demo, communicate with us, or use the ManagePro fleet operations platform.
This policy applies to our public marketing site, customer onboarding flows, support communications, and authenticated product environments. It does not govern third-party websites, services, or integrations that are operated independently from ManagePro.
2. Information We Collect
We may collect contact and business information such as name, company name, fleet size, email address, phone number, and details you provide when you request pricing, book a demo, contact support, or communicate with us.
Inside the product, we may process operational data entered by your organization, including trips, truck records, driver and team profiles, maintenance logs, financial fields, notes, uploaded documents, audit events, and role-based account data.
We also collect technical and usage information necessary to operate the service, such as browser type, device information, IP address, authentication events, page activity, and service logs used for reliability, debugging, fraud prevention, and security monitoring.
3. How We Use Information
We use information to provide and maintain the platform, authenticate users, enforce role-based access, process customer requests, respond to support inquiries, improve product performance, and communicate about onboarding, pricing, account activity, and service updates.
We may also use information to analyze feature adoption, troubleshoot problems, protect against misuse, maintain audit visibility, comply with legal obligations, and support legitimate business operations such as recordkeeping, billing, and internal reporting.
4. Customer Data Role
When a fleet, dispatcher, or owner account uploads or enters operational records into ManagePro, that customer generally controls the business purpose of that data. In that context, ManagePro acts primarily as a service provider or processor on behalf of the customer account using the platform.
Customers are responsible for ensuring they have an appropriate legal basis to collect, upload, and manage any personal, financial, driver, employee, or document data they choose to place in the system.
5. Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell customer data. We do not rent customer lists or disclose operational records for unrelated advertising purposes.
We may share information only as needed with infrastructure, hosting, database, authentication, email, analytics, support, and security providers that help us operate the service, and only subject to contractual or operational controls appropriate to the service relationship.
We may also disclose information when required by law, legal process, court order, government request, or when disclosure is reasonably necessary to protect rights, investigate abuse, enforce agreements, or reduce fraud, security, or safety risk.
6. Cookies, Sessions, and Analytics
ManagePro may use essential cookies, session storage, or similar technologies to keep users signed in, remember navigation state, protect account sessions, and support core application functionality.
We may also use limited analytics or diagnostics tooling to understand traffic, page performance, and product reliability. These tools are used to operate and improve the service, not to build unrelated advertising profiles from customer operational data.
7. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain records, support customer operations, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
Retention may vary depending on the type of data, the customer relationship, the sensitivity of the information, and whether deletion is requested or required. Backups and residual logs may persist for a limited period after deletion or account closure.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. These measures include authenticated sessions, server-side authorization controls, audit visibility for important changes, and restricted operational access.
No service can guarantee absolute security. Customers should also protect their own credentials, devices, and internal access practices, and should notify us promptly if they suspect unauthorized access to an account.
9. International Processing
Your information may be processed in jurisdictions where we or our service providers operate infrastructure. By using the service, you understand that information may be transferred to and processed in countries that may have different privacy laws than your own jurisdiction.
10. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on your location and the nature of the relationship, you may have rights to request access to personal information, correction of inaccurate information, deletion, restriction, objection, or data portability, subject to applicable law and operational limitations.
If you are an end user whose information was submitted by a customer account, we may direct your request to the relevant customer because that organization may be the primary decision-maker for that data.
11. Children's Privacy
ManagePro is intended for business use and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children for consumer use through this service.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect product changes, operational needs, legal requirements, or risk management updates. When we make material changes, we may update the effective date and, where appropriate, provide notice through the website, product, or direct communication.
13. Contact
For privacy questions, legal notices, or data-related requests, contact info@managepro.online.
If your request relates to data stored by a specific fleet customer account, include the organization name and the relevant email address so we can route the request correctly.
