14-day onboarding path

Day 0-1: Foundation setup

Account access, owner and dispatch roles, company branding, and baseline settings are configured.

Day 2-3: Core data setup

Trucks and drivers are created, then your team creates first trips to validate assignment flow.

Day 4-7: Workflow go-live

Trip documents, fuel receipts, and maintenance logging are activated in the live workflow.

Week 2: KPI control review

Owner review call to check gross, expenses, net profit, RPM, and execution gaps.

P1: App down or login blocked

First response within 1 hour

P2: Core workflow issue

First response within 4 business hours

P3: General questions or minor issue
